Phase 2 Heightened Alert (Day 1) and Vegetarian eggless butter marble cake

On chor yat, I had vegetarian ytf with rice for lunch.

For dinner, I bought vegetarian eggless butter marble cake @ S$7.00, yums!

The ingredients are natural unbleached flour, organic brown sugar, filtered water, chocolate, butter, baking soda, baking powder, etc. There are no preservatives added.

Today marks Day 1 of our Heightened Alert Phase 2. For lunch, I had homecooked food. Mom cooks porridge, minced meat balls and salted eggs. After having my lunch, I went liberation. I bought live clams from Sheng Siong Supermarket and went to the seaside at Beach Road to liberate the clams.

For dinner, I dabao KFC after seeing STP eating Sugarbun fried chicken here.

I planned to dabao curry chicken rice with Bergedil from the Malay stall in my neighbourhood hawker centre tomorrow for lunch.

Still not sure what to eat for dinner tomorrow, will see how.

Food looks delicious, especially the food cooked by your mother. Did you do the liberation alone, on your own and not in a group as before?

Do you know the species of the clams you released? If it is not native, it could lead to this:

Once a while, porridge sounds comforting.

Take care, less going out unless necessary. Tapau or order food delivery is a good option for now. I am cooking more at home now, with the kids staying at home.

Mun: Hi Mun, to answer your questions, I liberate alone on my own, I liberate white venus calms, venus clams are still commonly seen on some of our shores, in sandy and rocky areas near seagrasses and coral rubble. I wonder is it alright?

I have not tried eggless cake before. Some days, I like to plan ahead what I want to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have a great day.

Hi Libby, thank you for your reply. I am not sure because I am not an expert on this. Need to consult Singapore environment expert in order to know exactly the impact.

Heightened Alert is kind of like our MCO? Hopefully Singaporeans behave better than Malaysians.
