Vienna International Buffet (28 Feb, Tuesday)

Went with Buddy Jose to have buffet dinner at Vienna International Buffet Restaurant at United Square. We were there from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, taking our time to slowly enjoy the food.

Address
101 Thomson Road #B1-01
United Square

Telephone

We paid S$47.80++ (Adult price) per pax.

Their menu includes Salmon, Dory, Beef, Lamb, Chicken, etc. They have chawanmushi, sushi, oysters, lobsters, crabs, prawns and so on.

As for soup, they have herbal soup, shark fin soup and Buddha Jump Over the Wall.

For their desserts, I would recommend their cheese cake and they were all gone very quickly so must act fast.

I also had their grilled salmon, grilled chicken, pizza, crispy soup and prawn salad.

It seems like this place is especially popular among the Chinese nationals. There was a table near us filled with Chinese nationals and they were so loud and noisy.

The last buffet trip we had was at Buffet Town and Mitsuba, which was quite a while ago and I did not blog about these two places as I did not take any photo of the food.

I must admit I am not a very good food critic, as sometimes the food I ate seems acceptable to me everywhere unless they are very lousy, maybe because I am not a picky eater. Just one thing I can say is as long as the buffet menu has raw salmon I would be very happy as raw salmon is my favourite.

3 hours makan for buffet is worthwhile and no hurry to enjoy every dish.

I like the buffet time. 5.30pm to start is a good and early time for dinner because I like to eat my dinner early. So nice for you and your friend to slowly enjoy your food for 3 hours. Is that price by Singapore standard expensive or not?

Looks nice the food at the buffet. Quite worth it and that's the way to eat -slow slow, so that won't be full too fast.

The place and food look nice. 3 hours is good for slow eating and chatting. Plenty of time to pick and choose and not having to hurry through the meal. Is the price you paid the standard price for buffet in Singapore?

S$47.80 is a good deal. Even after convert. Buffet dinners in Malaysia of this level all cost 3 figures at least >.<

Everything looked great on the tables. 3 hours!! That is quite a time but I also like to enjoy my buffet slowly. Some places over here allow 2 hours for patrons to enjoy buffet. It has been a long time since I have a buffet.

Mun: I find it expensive but I think that is the standard because the other buffet places I went also charge around this price at S$50++

Nancy: It seems they charge around this price everywhere
