Vegetarian Instant Noodles

Second time I had vegetarian instant noodles but first time I had it with ingredients.

I threw in my balance stock of Japanese Greens and the Tau Kwa I bought from Supermarket and boiled them first, before throwing in the instant noodles.

Verdict? The taste is alright but of course not as tasty as your usual instant noodles, can have them once in a while but not often. I still prefer the usual non-vegetarian taste.

And there I thought all instant noodles taste the same.

Mun: Vegetarian and non-vegetarian instant noodles taste different, non-vegetarian ones are more flavourful

I thought the only difference is vegetarian noodles are eggs free. The msg seasoning should be similar. Probably if you use sausage or ham instead of tau kua, your bowl of noodles would taste better? :P

So far I have not tried the vegetarian ones. Actually it has been a long times since I ate instant noodles.

I used to love vegetarian meals but not anymore , as I cannot stand the artificial smell of the ingredients!

I too prefer the non-vegetarian instant noodles. I only eat instant noodles when I have no other choice.

RG: The seasoning won't have animal oils, that is the difference
