Boneless Chicken Glutinous Rice

The rice

Whenever I do not know what to eat, I will pack Lor Mai Gai (Boneless Chicken Glutinous Rice) from NTUC supermarket, one for S$1.10 and I usually pack two (S$2.20). It is an easy and quick meal, just steam it and it is ready to eat.

The color of the rice and meat is quite pale. I suppose they used less dark soya sauce. Was it good?

So easy and convenient way to eat. Better eat this than instant noodles.

If want to eat it cold, can just eat it like that without steaming, is it?
