29 April 2016 (Fri) - A visit to my ex-colleague's house

Had wanted to pay my ex-colleague Nana a visit but it was only after 14 years we have not met, that we gathered together. Went to her house on 29 April (Fri), her house is very far away from the central area, so it was a long bus journey. As a few days earlier it was her birthday, I bought her flowers as a birthday gift. I always love to give friends flowers because I believe flowers can cheer anyone up! I chose Daisy because they are so lovely and Daisy is one of my favourite flowers too.

Her house is a Four Room Flat, meaning having three bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Only she and her sister are staying in the flat. She occupies one bedroom and her younger sister occupies the Master Bedroom. Gosh, it is always my dream to have my own bedroom all by myself but I never have such luck. Her house is very neat, clean and tidy, I like it very much. It was a heartwarming bonding time with her after we have not met for so long. We chatted about our mutual colleagues and past office life we had, we used to work in the same advertising company before. I was so happy and thrilled to see her again. She is one good co-worker and friend that I had. Had wanted to take a Wefie of us but my friend rejected because she said she did not put on any make up so I respected her wish.

You are such a good friend to travel so far with flowers to visit an old friend and to respect her wishes on not taking a photo together.

It is nice to visit an old friend and catching up. Next time, get her to put on make-up and take wefie when you meet. ^^

Happy weekend, Libby.

If you get desperate enough for having your own room, JB is always just a causeway away. There you can even have your own house! ;)
