Kway Chap

Had this at neighbourhood food centre, costed S$4.50, rather sinful with innards.

But once in a while, I love to have Kway Chap, how about you?

I like to eat kway chap for the noodles, not so much for the innards.

Wow..
I love the soup but can't take the spare parts. Usually will omit the spare parts and eat the meat only. Hahah

Me too! I love kueh chap but in KL hard to find a good one. I started eating it in Kuching, Sarawak (also another Hokkien enclave) and it was so good there.

So cheap!!! Can't get that price here, 1SGD to 1MYR, that is. After conversion, a little more expensive than the ones here. I love those innards!!!

yes once in a whole eating innards is alright..is a no no to me if too frequent.

To be honest, I've never eaten kuey chap before, like Huai Bin said, hard to find in KL, but I know they are internal organs, served with egg and thick "collagen" gravy..

It is true that very difficult to find good ones in KL. Penang has good ones too. Even Thailand has very good Koay Chap until they export instant Koay Chap to US and Europe!!!

I have never had kway chap before. It looks nice and I like innards.

What's so sinful about innards? When you kill the animal, then it dies. Leaving the innards alone will not change a thing :/
