Batam City Tour Itinerary

My itinerary for my day tour (city tour and shopping) on the first day of my 3D2N in Batam.

7.30am ST - Assemble at Harbourfront Centre, collect your boarding pass.

8.45am ST - Embark on the high speed air conditioned ferry.

8.45am BT - Upon arrival at Batam Ferry Terminal, after immigration and custom clearance, you will be greeted by our experienced and friendly local guide.

10.00am BT - Visit Chocolate House. The place where the customers could buy many brands of chocolate.

10.15am BT - Will be proceeding to Kue Lapis Home Made Shop. Kue Lapis or Layer Cake is one of the famous Nyonya Cake in Batam. The Kue Lapis that we order is the home made Kue Lapis which is based on "Fresh Order Fresh Baking" quality.

Maybe I will get something here.

10.30am BT - Next proceed to Ling Star Birdnest Shop where the customers could buy Pure Birdnest with reasonable prices.

When my sis was pregnant, my mom bought a lot of birdnest for her.

11.00am BT - Visit Go Kart & Air Gun which is located at Batam Center.

Maybe I will try the Go Kart and Air Gun, it should be fun.

11.30am BT - Next visit Duta Maitreya Laughing Buddha Temple. This is the biggest temple in Batam and the largest in South East Asia.

I think I will enjoy this the most because I love visiting temples, praying and making donations.

11.45am BT - Next destination is to visit the Dry Market where you may purchase some famous and cheaper dry food such as Ikan Bilis, Kerupuk and so on.

I don't think I will buy anything here cos I don't cook, I will just look see look see around.

12.30pm BT - Lunch will be served at Indonesia Buffet Restaurant.

I will enjoy this the most because I love to eat buffet.

1.30pm BT - After lunch, proceed to Polo Ralph Lauren Shop where the customers can purchase real and authentic Branded Polo clothes with discount and reasonable prices.

2.30pm BT - Next proceed to Factory Outlet where customers can buy branded clothing at very attractive prices and Batik Outlet that we can purchase many handmade batik clothes and some of the local products as souvenirs.

See whether I will get anything here.

3.30pm BT - Massage and proceed to shopping mall.

Believe it or not, this is the first time I try massage.

5.30pm BT - Transfer to hotel.
