I like to eat the pork liver when it is cooked in wine and lots of ginger.
I like to eat liver too. Fully cooked already should not have bacteria.
If well cook, I think no bacteria in liver. But again, too cooked liver would not be nice and tender to eat. Hehe.
I don't know if livers are full of bacteria but I think if cooked well they shouldn't.. I just heard that it is high in cholesterol, I don't eat them also actually..
Fully cooked no bacteria concerns lah. But I cannot eat nowadays due to high purine contents in animal innards :( ..
I don't like that liver thingy at all.....
I like too, but some said it is very high calories. I better stop eating them.
