Singapore version of nasi lemak can have otah, chicken nuggets, fish cake and even vegetables. This is what I had this morning. I simply love luncheon meat with my nasi lemak.

Looks like nasi campur. We have that here - Malay nasi campur but they give you the nasi lemak rice (cooked with santan).

I think this is more like Chinese version of nasi lemak. The ones here in Penang also similar style, you can add on stuff like luncheon meat and fish cakes etc. I love it!

This is something new. I thought nasi lemak is the same in any countries. Sambal, boiled egg, fried anchovies, with fried chicken or curry.
