My Health Diet Plan

1) To cut down on cold drinks cos it is bad for health
2) To eat more fish and "white meat"
3) To eat more vegetables

How about you? What health regime do you have?

I should be like you too. Cut down on cold drink. Hehe.

For me, try to take more oats and fibers. And cut down on fried and oily food.

I am doing 2) and 3) now.. Cut down on cold drinks? That is like telling me to stop eating babi, impossibru!

Try to eat low calories meals but more meals until I return back to my ideal weight.

I love fish the most but cannot avoid cold drinks which is bad for health esp ladies. I have been changing my lifestyle and diet too.

I dont drink cold drinks but i love ice cream. I like fish and i love vege so no problem for me :D
