Just went to a healing seminar by Bodhi Meditation recently at Raffles City Convention Centre but I wasn't very much impressed, I must say I am still not very convinced by the fact meditation can heal, maybe because I have not experienced the benefits myself.
In this highly tensed up and stressful society, healing is necessary to keep the soul sane. But I do believe that music can heal, I love listening to soothing and relaxing music to relax and calm my spirit and soul.
Others say expressing oneself through painting and art heals. How about you? What do you do to heal and calm down your spirit and soul? Draw? Listen to music? or maybe using scents (aromatherapy) or go for massage and spa? Do share with me, I would love to hear from you.
