That day, I went to a Chinese vegetarian restaurant near my house to have dinner. I remembered it was a Monday, my off day. The restaurant serves vegetarian burgers, sushi, western food, noodles, rice and soup in their menu. I love eating vegetarian food once in a while because 1) it is healthy 2) it helps to build up our merit as we reframe from eating meat. Sometimes I do choose important and special dates to eat vegetarian food such as Vesak Day. Even if you are not a Buddhist, it's good to eat vegetables and reframe from eating meat too.
